Hola a todos mis lectores, hoy os traigo la noticia sobre las reglas de las cartas nuevas que vienen en el nuevo sobre que en este finde se esta celebrando su presentación.

Yo os pondre solo las reglas de los synchro y las demas os dejare abajo del todo el link.

Turbo Warrior CSOC-EN038

Wind/Warrior - Synchro - Effect /6/2500/1500

"Turbo Synchron" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card attacks a Level 6 or higher Synchro Monster, halve that monster's ATK until the end of the Damage Step. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Level 6 or lower monsters. Ultra rara y Ultimate

• "Turbo Warrior's" first effect activates when the attack is declared. If it attacks a face-down Synchro Monster, "Turbo Warrior's" effect does not activate.
• "Turbo Warrior's" effects do not target.
• If "Turbo Warrior" attacks a Level 6 or higher Synchro Monster and an effect is chained that changes the attack target to a different monster, the new attack target monster has its ATK halved instead.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all cards on the field. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard to change 1 monster your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position, and reduce its ATK to 0 until the End Phase. • Removing 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard from play is a cost.
• "Black Rose Dragon's" second effect targets 1 monster your opponent controls.
• If the monster targeted by "Black Rose Dragon's" second effect is not changed to Attack Position by "Black Rose Dragon's" effect, its ATK is not reduced to 0.
• If you target a face-down Defense Position monster, its Flip Effect will activate after "Black Rose Dragon's" effect resolves.
• After a monster's ATK is reduced to 0 by "Black Rose Dragon's" second effect, if another effect increases its ATK it will be applied to the 0 ATK.
• If "Black Rose Dragon" activates its first effect, it is also destroyed.

Iron Chain Dragon CSOC-EN040

Earth/Dragon - Synchro - Effect /6/2500/1300

You can remove from play all "Iron Chain" monsters from your Graveyard to have this card gain 200 ATK for each card removed, until the End Phase. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, send the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Rara

Psychic Lifetrancer CSOC-EN041

Queen of Thorns CSOC-EN042

Light/Plant - Synchro - Effect /6/2200/1800

Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Plant-Type monsters

Each player must pay 1000 Life Points to Normal or Special Summon a non-Plant-Type monster from their hand. Super rara

• "Queen of Thorn's" effect is a Continuous Effect.
• If you Tribute a face-up “Queen of Thorns” to Tribute Summon a monster, you must pay 1000 Life Points. If you Normal Summon a monster from your hand, or Special Summon a monster with an "inherent" Special Summon effect ("Cyber Dragon", etc.), first you pay 1000 Life Points and then Normal Summon/Special Summon the monster. If you Special Summon a monster from your hand by using a card effect ("Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest", etc.), you pay 1000 Life Points when the effect resolves.

Negate the effects of Effect Monsters destroyed by battle with Zombie-Type monsters you control. Ultra rara y Ultimate

• If "Revived King Ha Des" or another Zombie-Type monster you control destroys "Sangan", "Cockroach Knight", "Peten the Dark Clown", "Mezuki", or "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" by battle, when their effects are activated they will be negated.
